Offering a sun terrace with swimming pool, a garden and free private parking, the Palmetto Villa 2 is located 10 minutes’ drive from the Puerto Marquez beach and 8 km from Acapulco Bay. This villa with simple décor features air conditioning, ceiling fan, seating area and washing machine. It is also equipped with flat-screen cable TV with DVD player and a balcony with sea views. The kitchens come with microwave, fridge and dining area. Guests at Palmetto Villa 2 will find a supermarket to buy groceries and cook their own meals 8 km away. This villa also features a children’s playground, an entertainment room and BBQ facilities and can arrange activities such as diving, hiking, kayaking, fishing, water skiing and snorkelling. The property is 20 minutes’ drive from the Acapulco Town Centre and 17 km from La Quebrada cliff. The Acapulco International Airport is 20 minutes’ drive away.A damage deposit of USD 200 is payable on arrival (see Hotel Policies). This deposit will be refunded on departure, once the state of the property has been checked. Cleaning service and chef are included. Menu service is optional and has an extra charge. Gas service is optional and has an extra charge.
