My Place is your home away from home. We are a small, clean and comfy hostel located in the city centre near Adelaide's most famous pubs and bars. We offer daily free brekkie, over 350 DVDs to choose from, free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a sauna for free use, lockers and a ping pong table. Free bicycles to explore the city with and more.Our aircon will keep you cool in summer and our heating warm in winter. Here at My Place you can relax in our cosy TV lounge watching one of our DVD movies or relax on our fern-lined balcony. In summer, we will take you to the beach to play beach volley ball or just to sunbathe and we run a complimentary weekly city tour and take you hiking to the Mt Lofty area. Also provided free of charge is car parking, table tennis and luggage storage. If you need a job, please ask us as we have good contacts and work is available. We can also help you find great tours from a wide selection of operators around Adelaide and beyond. Both Darren and Andrea (originally from Switzerland) have travelled extensively around Australia and the world and we are happy to share our experiences with you. We are backpackers, just like you!
