The Villa Maria Luisa is a typical Algarve holiday home, just a 10-minute walk from Maria Luisa Beach. The unit features a private outdoor swimming pool and a terrace overlooking a green garden. The air-conditioned villas feature 3 bathrooms, living room with a fireplace, flat-screen cable TV, DVD player, equipped kitchen, patio and a terrace. Guests are welcome to prepare their meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. There is a restaurant just 20 metres from the unit and several more local restaurants are available within a 5-minute walk. The Old Town of Albufeira is ideal for sightseeing and shopping. The area is 4 km away and features many shops, cafés and restaurants. It is a 15-minute drive from the Albufeira marina. The famous, cliff-surrounded Falésia Beach is a 9-minute drive from the property. Villa Maria Luisa is a 35-minute drive from Faro International Airport.Please note that a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 7 days before check-in. This payment must be made by bank transfer. A security deposit of EUR 500 will be charged upon check in and will be refunded at the time of check out.
