Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, this 2-bedroom Mediterranean-style villa is situated 5 km from the Bay of Pollença and is only 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of Alcúdia. Pepi villa features terracotta tiled floors and exposed wooden beams. The double bedroom has a private bathroom with bath tub and leads onto the covered garden terrace. The twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. It has a breakfast bar and there is also a spacious dining area. The bright and spacious living room features large glass doors which open out onto a furnished, covered terrace. The TV has satellite channels and there is a DVD player. You can find shops, bars and restaurants in Alcúdia. Son Sant Joan Airport is 45 km away.Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance.
