Original wide stone walls and a pleasant air flow from the open plan kitchen through to the lounge gives a cool temperature across the accommodation. In a quiet street, one back from the promenade front line, the apartment comprises a generous size double bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers together with a spacious sized en-suite with large window. A second shower/w/c room is available before reaching the the living accommodation which has a large sofa, easy chair, dining table and four chairs with a usable feature fire place. Kitchen crockery, utensils and appliances are provided.
