Our apartment located next to Amsterdam Central Station. The apartment is a 1 Bedroom apartment and can accomodate upto 4 persons. The living room is facing the street with French Balcony and there is a kitchen with cooking facilities. The Toilet/Bathroom is outside the Hallway and is not shared with anyone. The apartment has a LCD Television mounted on the wall with 3 Bar chairs next to the Kitchen. Please Note: Check in: 14:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Please note: A 150 Damage Deposit applies. All guests have to contact their greeter before arrival. Cash only for payment of balance on arrival. Please contact us regarding your arrival time on the arrival date. Cancellation Policy: 3 days; late cancellations and no shows will be charged the amount of the first night City Tax not included 5.5% 25 Late check in after 18:00 hours and 50 after 22:00 hours. Cleaning is 40 Euros Internet is 10 euros. Damage Deposit 150 Euros.
