City View II, measuring a total of 30 square meters, the studio provides our valuable guests a very spacious bathroom and a comfortable living-room.Four guests can sleep comfortable on 4 single beds. Sheets, blankets and linen will be provided.The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet with plenty of mirrors!!Unfortunately there isn't a fully equipped kitchen but you can make some quick snacks using the microwave and you can store some goods in the fridge provided.Please note:Check-in from 15:00 - 23:00Check- out byCancellation policy is 3 days in advanceWe accept payment by cash and credit card-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).Cleaning fee 40 Euros.There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.Late check in 30 Euros
