This very exciting and bright holiday apartment is located in the City Center. With wooden floors throughout blending in with white and cream colors which are soothing to the eye will help you relax and enjoy your stay. Location: The apartment is located on the quiet area in Bilderdijkstraat, a district is full of supermarkets, restaurants and designer specialty shops. With public transport just around the corner, everything is very accessible and convenient. By taking the tram, in five minutes you will be in the popular historical area of which the Anne Frank house is positioned at. Living room: Embellished with modern furniture, the living room is equipped with a TV as well as a coffee table where you can sit around to enjoy your drinks while watching. In this area, there is also a dining table with chairs. Kitchen: Take advantage of the modern kitchen amenities which includes a gas stove, microwave/oven and a dishwasher. Kitchenware is supplied as well. Bedrooms: What makes this apartment an optimal choice is the two bedrooms which is suitable for up to 6 guests. 6 single beds, 3 in each bedroom. Bed linens and sheets will be provided during your stay. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and bath tub. ***Please note the following conditions: -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros -Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -Cleaning fee 40 euros There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
