It is located in the Prinsengracht around the corner of the Leidseplein with an amazing canal view.The living room includes a wide screen full HD plasma TV with HD DVD/CD player, digital TV with national and international channels, a 3-seater sofa and 2 sofa beds and a camping bed. The bedroom has a long double bed, side lamps and tables, and a wardrobe. The kitchen provides a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and an extensive set of cook-and kitchenware.Please Note:Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00 pmCheck-out 11:00 amCancellation policy is 3 days in advanceWe accept payment by cash and credit card.Breakfast not included.Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:Cleaning Fee - 40 euros***Please note the following conditions:-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
