Flying Swan was a Dutch East India Company ship sailing from Ternate, one of the Spice Islands—a small volcanic island of the Mulluccans (now Maluku)—to Batavia. It charted the Australian coast from North West Cape to Roebuck Bay. Its one of our cheaper holiday homes in Amsterdam and offers its guests high ceilings and two large bedrooms with two single beds each. Under request the single beds can turn into double beds. You will also find a comfy double sofa bed for your extra guests. The holiday rental in central Amsterdam is decorated with amazing ceiling lamps that will give you all the light you need during the night and paintings on its walls. There is also a balcony were you can have a glass of wine while you enjoy your night. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has both bathtub and a shower and also a separate toilet so you can have all the privacy you want. If you need it there is an ironing equipment for your clothes. All the towels and sheets will be provided during your stay. As a plus, we offer a reception service which works 24 hours a day, combining the facilities of a city center amsterdam hotel with the privacy of fancy amsterdam apartment for vacations. ***Please note the following conditions: -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros -Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -Cleaning fee 40 euros There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
