This apartment is located within the World Heritage Protected Central Canal Belt, an area defined by stunning waterways, tree-lined streets and amazing architecture. These canals were dug during the Dutch Golden Age and the buildings constructed here at the time reflect the wealth of the merchants who owned them. This beautifully renovated three bedroom apartment is spread over three floors of a traditional Amsterdam building. The apartment measures 160m2 and has been completely refurbished, giving it a contemporary feel while still maintaining the original features and charm. The apartment features wooden floors, large windows and high ceilings throughout. The living area is furnished with a sofa and flatscreen television. The open kitchen and diningroom is modern and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment, including an oven, hob, a microwave, a grill, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine.
