Located at only 500 metres from Amsterdam Central Station and 10 minutes walking from Dam Square, Grand and Great Apartments offers spacious self-catering accommodations. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Each apartment features a living room with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a dining area. In the direct surrounding of Grand Apartment there are many independent boutiques and cafés. The Anne Frank House can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, while Leidseplein is a 20-minute walk.Please note that 10% of the total price of the reservation is required by bank transfer or PayPal within 48 hours after booking. Without the 10% down payment your reservation will be cancelled by the property. The property will contact the guests with bank transfer and PayPal details. It is only possible to pay with credit card, visa- and debit card through a PayPal link that will be sent to the guests on request. Please note that the fixed amount of EUR 450 stated in the Prepayment Policy is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
