This apartment is located within the Central Canal Belt, a World Heritage Site with stunning architecture and a unique atmosphere. The canal belt is one of the most beautiful areas of the city with the waterways lined with trees and beautiful buildings, home to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. This spacious two bedroom apartment is situated inside a fully renovated 17th century merchant's house, that is contemporary yet still retains many of the building's original features. This apartment features wide oak doors, wooden ceiling beams, wooden floors and stucco ornaments. The living area is furnished in a more traditional fashion, with a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view out over the canal. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including an oven, hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine. The kitchen area also contains a large wooden dining table for six.  The two bedrooms are spacious and located in the apartment's loft, complete with wooden beams, large windows and furnished with double beds and lamps.
