The Metropolitan Holiday Rental is the perfect and most ideal apartment for any guest that decides to stay here. This is a one bedroom holiday apartment and is ideally located near the Central Station. Perfect for travelers and tourists who do not like to carry or walk around with much luggage with them.Another reason why this holiday accommodation is great is because it is located near the 'Kadijken' and the harbor of Amsterdam. A fun fact about the harbor is that it contained numerous bars and pubs for the dockworkers and seamen to spend their loan after a hard day of work. Now, you can also! You can find everything on Kadijksplein in Amsterdam such as Arts and Crafts Stores, Italian Restaurants as well as Local Services. Discover and explore Amsterdam with the Original hop on hop off city tour bus. Delve into the stars and the planets by visiting the Nemo Science Museum. The Metropolitan Holiday Apartment is the place to be if you want to avoid the crowds and to spend a quiet night out with local flavor. In this splendid holiday apartment, you can relax on the sofa that turns into a double bed. Here, you will also find four single beds to sleep on. One really cool feature is that the roof in the living room is made out of glass so you have a real glass roof! The bedroom has a double bed where a couple can take the room and have complete privacy. The balcony is not accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped and geared towards family cooking. No need to worry about dishes! Just drop them into the dish washer, press the button and continue enjoying your holiday! Save some money on your dry cleaning, this apartment provides you with a washer and a dryer. Wrinkle's are a thing of the past, since ironing equipment is provided for you. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. It is not in the bedroom, so everyone can use it. ***Please note the following conditions:-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).-Cleaning fee 50 euros.There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
