This authentic apartment measures 100 m2 is located in the center city of Amsterdam. The apartment is located walking distance from the famous new market. This area has a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants. Apart from that, Amsterdam's oldest chemist shop dating back to the 18th century is still functioning today under the name of Jacob Hooey's apothecary and drugstore. Make sure to get all your remedies while here! Please note that this apartment has 4 floors and that there are typical steps in the apartment. This means that you have to take precautions and it is not suitable for the elderly or handicapped impaired. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining table with seating for 4 guests. There is also separate toilet on this floor providing privacy. Making your way up to the 1st floor leads you to the living room. The living room comes with flat screen TV/DVD, stereo and high speed internet. Here you will find the first bedroom with 2 single beds. Towards the 2nd floor you will find the master en suite bedroom with 2 single beds and a flat screen TV/DVD for your entertainment purposes. The bathroom comes with bath and toilet as well as a sink. All the way up to the the 3rd floor leads you to your own outdoor terrace. Here there is a washing machine with dryer. For guests who prefer the night life this apartment is the perfect place to stay. Additional information regarding the apartment and location can be provided. Do not hesitate to contact us. ***Please note the following conditions: -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros -Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -Cleaning fee 40 euros There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
