In need of of an apartment for business related purposes or simply prefer a relaxed location far from the tourist crowd? The Olympic self catering two bedroom holiday apartment is perfect for large groups of 6 guests coming to the city. The apartment is located in Amsterdam-Zuid business district, close to Olympiaplein and World Trade Center as well to the RAI Convention Center. This cozy apartment comprises a large living room with a TV for entertainment purposes. Enjoy your meals together around the dining room with a table for 4 people and a open kitchen complete with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The first and second bedroom each have two single beds for two to sleep on. Bed linen and blankets will be provided. For additional comfort, there are two toilets, one sink and shower for your use. Towels will be provided. ***Please note the following conditions: -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros -Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). Cleaning fee 50 euros. There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions: -Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5% -All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee. -This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm. -In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
