Petite Mansion rental is for up to four people and is a perfect base for exploring the city as it is great positioned in the Central Station.This 80 square meter apartment will welcome you into a modern, spacious and well furnished living Area. The living space is bright and has 2 sofa beds, TV, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted with all the modern equipments, including dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster and microwave. There is just one bedroom with two real beds. Bed sheets, blankets and linen will be provided.There is a full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Towels will be supplied as well.Smoking is allowed!Other information:There is a washing machine and dryer.***Please note the following conditions:-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).-cleaning fee 40 eurosThere is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
