When you arrive into the apartment on the 1st floor that measures 60 square meters, wooden floors all over welcome you in. Feel at home and walk around the apartment in your hosiery while relaxing comfortably on the couch or one of the two wooden armchairs to watch cable t.v. To the left, enjoy preparing meals in the open style kitchen with amenities that range from simple cutlery to a a fridge with freezer and microwave. Its a great characteristic for those that have prepared a financial plan. With brand new tiles and fixtures, the bathroom has its own entrance providing privacy for all, the shower has a temperature adjustment and there is a sink and toilet. Towels will be provided. The bedrooms are located in one end of the apartment and at the other end of the apartment. Both have bedside tables and lamps for additional comfort and two single beds each. Bed sheets, linen and blankets will be provided. This apartment is ideal for young people who likes to spend the nights partying and having a great time in Amsterdam. Smoking allowed. ***Please note the following conditions: -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Extra early check in between 10am 3pm - 30 euros -Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros. -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
