Vondel Park ~ The Symphony self catering holiday apartment is a very beautiful and bright apartment located within walking distance from the famous Vondelpark suitable for up to 6 guests!Before going into the apartment that measures 60 square meters on the third floor, make sure to take precautions as you have to climb up some steep and typical steps of an Amsterdam building.With smooth wooden floors throughout, enjoy your time in the spacious living area which is connected to the open kitchen. It is here that you can lounge on the homelike sofa bed while watching local channels on the flat screen t.v. around the coffee table.The kitchen and dining area has plenty of cupboard space. To help you prepare a delicious meal, you have at our disposition a microwave/oven, a fridge, stove, coffee maker and all other utensils. Once ready, sit around the dining table to enjoy.Inside the bedroom, there is a comfortable and modern double bed for two which provides bedside lamps for the night. Bed sheets, linen and blankets will be provided. There is a 3rd bedroom where you can find 2 single beds for additional guests.Modern with angelic white tiles is the bathroom which has two sinks, a shower area and a bath tub. Towels are provided.This apartment is very accessible; it is twenty minutes by tram to the lively city center. Restaurants and shops are practically at the door steps. You are also close to the Vondelpark! An urban public park that roughly measures 47 hectares. By visiting this park, you will be able to experience the film museum, an open air theatre, a playground, and several other facilities. Make your reservation now!***Please note the following conditions:-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).-Cleaning fee 40 eurosThere is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
