If that wasn't enough, you have a great breakfast table with small open kitchen. There is a great view onto the Singel canal for all to enjoy.Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s): The bedroom comes with a two single beds which can be turned into a matrimonial bed with a wardrobe. The bathroom is located next to the kitchen and has it's on separate entrance with toilet, small shower, sink, mirror and cabinet.Kitchen: In the small open style kitchen there is a fridge, microwave, toaster, 4 ring cooker, table with 4 chairs, coffee maker and kettle for all of your cooking needs.Please note:Check-in from 14:00Late check in fee of 25 euros after 20:00Late check in fee of 50 euros after 22:00Cleaning fee of 45 euros due upon arrivalCheck- out by 11:00Cancellation policy is 3 days in advanceWe accept payment by cash or credit card + expenses.
