The apartment is in Oud-West and although it is outside the city center, there are other facilities nearby such as the shopping centers Plein 40-45 and Osdorpplein. Apart from that, several parks are walking distance from the apartment.This gorgeous and awesome three story house is great and getting to the center of Amsterdam will take no more than 25 minutes! However, please take precautions as this is not suitable for the elderly or handicapped impaired.There are three bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds. Sheets, linen and blankets will be provided.If you are staying with eight people, keep in mind that there is only one toilet and one bathroom. Towels will be supplied.The fully equipped kitchen is suitable to prepare your own home cooked meals. There is a roof terrace and a garden for relaxing and enjoying your day in AmsterdamIndulge in what Amsterdam has to offer. Museums, local and international restaurants, you name it! Book now!***Please note the following conditions:-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).-cleaning fee 40 eurosThere is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
