If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the Apartment Barcelona Office in advance. Please note that a refundable EUR 150 damage deposit must be paid on arrival. Please note that: Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30; Arrivals after 00:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 45. Late check-out until 18:00 is possible upon prior request and carries a surcharge of 50% of the price of an extra night. Check-out after 18:00 carries a surcharge of the price of an extra night. As noted in policies, 30% of the reservation is charged upon booking and the remaining 70% must be paid upon arrival. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning fee (see special conditions). Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management
