Apt. Gottico is a centrally located, grand apartment that offers 5 private locking rooms.The apartment has a clean and fresh atmosphere as it has just recently been refurbished and with new furnishings. With travellers comfort in mind we have just changed the electric hot water heater, this means you could have warmer and pleasanter showers. The 'Shared apartment'offer 5 private rooms: 3 doubles, 1 twins and 1 twin bunk bed.. The 3 double rooms each have 1 double bed and the 2 twin rooms have 2 single beds or 2 single bunk beds.(Please understand that when you reserve a 2 beds private room you my be staying in either the twin room with 2 single beds or twin room with bunk beds.) All rooms are private and equipped with bed linens, towels, pillows, closet or clothes rack and secure locking doors. Also, each room has a windows for fresh air and natural light. Two of the rooms have a window door that opens to a small outside balcony. Outside your private room the facilities are shared. We offer a large kitchen area that is fully equipped with, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils. This apartment has ONE nice bathtub with room, and ONE toilet room. The one bathtub with shower and one toilet are shared by all guests as well as the kitchen area. Vacationers, If you are looking for an accommodation with great location, new furnishings and with a unique quiet central location then the Apt. Gottico is an easy choice for your Barcelona vacation. Apartment Conditions CHILDREN NOT ALLOWED (Children under 12 years old) NO RECEPTION AREA!!!(The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. Sundays from 2 pm to 9 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.) FREE CHECK IN:11:30 am to 21 pm LATE CHECK IN CHARGES: 25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm) 50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am) 75 euros (1:01 am to 11:29 am) CHECK OUT:10:30 am NO LUGGAGE STORAGE:(If you are leaving Barcelona after the 10:30 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.) CASH ON ARRIVAL:(The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.) 48 HRS.
