Located on the magnificent Gran Via, this apartment is central to an abundance of places of interest. A short walk away is the majestic Passeig de Gracia, with its architectural jewels, Casa Batlo, La Pedrera, and Casa Amatller. Continue walking down this tree lined avenue and you’ll arrive at Plaza Catalunya, at the top of the World famous La Rambla. One street to your left from here is Via Laietana and there you can visit the stunning Palua de Musica, a Unesco World Heritage site. If that’s not enough you have Barcelona’s own Arc de Triomf, whose tree-lined avenue  This apartment can be found in an art nouveau building designed by LLuis Domenich I Montaner, architect of the magnificent Palua de la Musica and the Hospital de Sant Pau, both UNESCO World Heritage sites. The living room is bright and has an earthy feel to it with wooden floors, table and a wonderful wooden dresser, upon which sits a flat screen TV for your entertainment. If you want a home cooked meal, there’s a fully equipped built-in kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, toaster and a coffee machine.
