A fantastic duplex apartment of 45 m² with private terrace of 25 m². On the lower floor you have 1 double room, dining-living room with a double sofa bed, an open kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there is a single bedroom and the terrace. Additional access to the terrace is from the double room via a spiral staircase and also from the floor outside of the apartment via a private access door exclusively for guests of the apartment. Fully equipped, with A.C. in both levels of the apartment, fully equipped kitchen, double glaze windows and most importantly for this 6th floor apartment, an elevator! The apartment is situated in the Born neighborhood - one of the trendiest zones in the city. The Born is one of the oldest quarters and its buildings are historic! Please note : Cancellation Policy : 2 days. Only cash payment accepted on arrival Check-in time : 14:00 - 23:00. Check-out time : 11:00. Breakfast not included. Taxes not included (0,75 Eur per person/ night). This apartment has a minimum stay of 3 nights during July and August, 2 nights in June and September and 1 night during the rest of the year The 50 Eur cleaning fee is a one-time fee and is non-negotiable: We take pride in the cleanliness of our apartments.
