The apartment is very bright, blessed with morning and midday sun, all exterior, totally new, refurbished and equipped with the best furnishings and fittings. A washing machine is also available along with an iron and its board. This apartment is one in a complex of similar apartments including 2 bedroom and 1 bedrooms apartments over the ground, 1st and 2nd floors, which can be rented together for large groups. The apartment faces a beautiful interior courtyard making it quiet and calm 24/7. A great place to catch a great rest and charge you batteries for full-power Barcelona action. Please note : Cancellation Policy : 2 days. Only cash payment accepted on arrival Check-in time : 14:00 - 23:00. Check-out time : 11:00. Breakfast not included. Taxes not included (0,75 Eur per person/ night). This apartment has a minimum stay of 4 nights during July and August, 5 nights for some special events, 3 nights in June and September and 2 nights during the rest of the year. The cleaning fee (50 Euros) is a one-time fee and is non-negotiable.
