Enjoy this beautiful apartment for 7 people, spacious with a balcony. You will appreciate its high ceilings and its typical architecture of the 30s in Barcelona, making it an outstanding apartment. Its modern style and contemporary design in white make it very bright. You can enjoy the terrace for lunch.The newly renovated apartment has every comfort, with two spacious double bedrooms and another with two single bedrooms, also two bathrooms with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils. The lounge with a modern style has a dining table for seven people, one sofa beds and a flat screen TV. You will also find towels and sheets in the apartment.Please note :3 nights minimum stay.Cancellation Policy : 7 days.400 EUR Deposit required by credit card, fully refundable 48 hours after check-out if no damage is done in the property.The deposit has to be paid by credit card during the check-in. At this moment you also have to pay the rest of the booking and the tourism tax by cash. Check-in time 15:00. After 20:00 there is 30 EUR Extra charge.
