This apartment was recently renovated. Property of the 30s, completely restored with a lift. All exterior and its decoration carefully finished.It can accommodate up to five people, this apartment has two double bedrooms, modern spacious, each contains a double bed and a closet, and the living room has a sofa bed and a TV.Moreover, the bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped: You will find an oven, microwave and all necessary utensils for cooking.Welcome to the Avenue of the show, one of the widest and longest of Barcelona. I recommend you to start a quiet yet amazing journey through this beautiful street in the Plaza of Spain, an easy walk to its end in the Royal Dockyards, almost at the Port.Please note :3 nights minimum stay.Cancellation Policy : 7 days.200 EUR Deposit required by credit card, fully refundable 48 hours after check-out if no damage is done in the property.The deposit has to be paid by credit card during the check-in. At this moment you also have to pay the rest of the booking and the tourism tax by cash. Check-in time 15:00. After 20:00 there is 30 EUR Extra charge.
