FamilyFriendlyBB offers you 2 elegant modern rooms in a modernist building, just 1 min walk from la Pedrera and Barcelona famous street Passeig de Gràcia.Both rooms booked together, with private bathroom, enable you to enjoy your stay with all the facilities your family needs. The main large room offers modernist furniture, double bed, comfortable modern sofa, large wardrobe and flat led TV and air conditioned.The second room is perfect for 2 children or friends, offering twin beds and ceiling fan.We will provide you free cot, baby carriage, free Wifi, coffee/tea service and microwave.Breakfast will include coffee, different pastry/sandwich and freshly squeezed orange juice, served in a cafe terrace down in the street.You will be attended by the owners, speaking English, French and Spanish.You will stay in a clean and safe neighborhood, and in a quiet and comfortable home with no more guests.Please note : 2 nights minimum stay.20 EUR Key deposit.For long stays you will get housekeeping alternate days.Cancellation policy: 3 days advance notice.Only cash payment accepted on arrival.Check-in: 13:00.Check-out: 11:00.Breakfast included.All taxes included.
