Beautiful 50 m2 roof terrace flat in the Poblenou neighborhood. 2 bedrooms with one real bed and one double sofa bed, desk and wardrobe as well as AC and heating.Bathroom with shower. We offer the apartment with an american kitchen equipped with washing machine, fridge and microwave. The living room also has a comfortable double sofa bed.You have Aircon and heating in the penthouse. Private 12 m2 roof terrace for sunbathing and dining out as well as chilling or just enjoying the silence.The attic is on the 4th floor and has no elevator.Please note:Cancellation Policy: 3 days before the arrivalMinimum Stay: 3 nightsThere is a cleaning fee of 30 Euros for each stay.Check in is flexible from 10.00 am to 23.00 pm.Check Out: until 12.00 noonMethod of Payment upon the arrival: Cash Only!Breakfast is not included.Taxes are included.Clients have to contact me before arrival to tell me their arrival time.
