The Gaudi I apartment contains two twin bedrooms for four guests, each complete with bedside tables and storage for your clothes.The living area is newly furnished and tastefully decorated with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. A pleasant place to relax with your travel companions! Here you will find a comfortable sofa, television, coffee table and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is complete with kitchenware and serving utensils, plus a microwave, toaster, kettle, electric stove top and coffee maker, plus washing machine.The bathroom has toilet, basin and shower over bathtub. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied as well as ironing equipment and a hairdryer for extra convenience!Note: 2 night minimum stayExtra cleaning charge : 55€Check in before 13:00 or after 21:00 (if possible): 40€Check out between 13:00 and 19:00 (if possible): 50€Security deposit (returned on checkout if there are no damages during stay) : 200€Total amount to be paid in cash on arrival to the apartment.3 days cancellation policyContact us at your arrival in Barcelona in order to arrange a meeting in front of the apartment and give you the key.
