The residential area of Sarria -St Gervas is renowned for its many detached houses and beautifully kept gardens. Sarria was the last village to be annexed by Barcelona in the 1920's and still retains the structure of its old centre and is still a key central area. Barcelona's favourite son Antoni Gaudi has left his fingerprints all over this area. One of his works is the Torre De Bellesguard. Built at the turn of the century this is a perfect example of the neo-gothic style. This elegant apartment with modern comfortable furniture, will give you a great base to discover Barcelona. The living room is well lit by the light shining through the full-length balcony doors. There is a view of the tree-lined street below from the balcony. The living room contains a large L-shaped, which can be turned into to single sofa beds, and where you can watch the flat screen TV. The kitchen area is sectioned off from the living area by a dining counter. It comes complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom comes with a double bed and the other bedroom has a pull out bed with two singles. The bathroom is modern and stylish with cream-coloured marble tiles covering the wall and there is a shower, bathtub, toilet, washbasin and a large illuminated mirror. For your comfort, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron & board, hi-speed Internet, air-conditioning and an elevator.
