Located in the historic Gothic district, this recently refurbished apartment has many splendid features such as quality furnishings, exposed timber beams on the ceiling, a beautiful hardwood floor and elegant lighting. The living room combines with an open-plan kitchen and contains a comfortable double sofa-bed, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, an elegant dining table with seating for four guests and three balcony windows overlooking the street.  There are two bedrooms, one bedroom consists of a double bed and the other bedroom comes with two single beds.
