The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. This apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed and a very comfortable double sofa bed. It has a bathroom with a round bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, toaster, kettle, oven and kitchen utensils. The lounge also has a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, iron and hair dryer. Is a first floor with elevator (only two-story building, very quiet and new).Please note :3 nights minimum stay.Cancellation Policy : 7 days.150 EUR Deposit required by credit card, fully refundable 48 hours after check-out if no damage is done in the property.The deposit has to be paid by credit card during the check-in. At this moment you also have to pay the rest of the booking and the tourism tax by cash. Check-in time 15:00. After 20:00 there is 30 EUR Extra charge.
