Green Apartment is a renovated 70 m2 apartment, modern and comfortable, with direct access from the street. It's a nice apartment with a sunny courtyard of 60 m2 with private garden, where you can enjoy the sun, trees and plants. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with WiFi, air conditioning in every room, two bathrooms. One bedroom with bathroom en suite and another room that is a loft with 3 beds. Linen and towels provided. Spacious kitchen and living room. Located in the neighborhood Barrio de Gracia, one with the highest identity of Barcelona! With all the services nearby, as supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, shops... we are waiting for you! Please note : 2 nights minimum stay. Cancellation Policy: 5 days. Payment accepted on arrival : cash, credit and debit cards. Flexible Check-in time. Please contact the property owner directly before arrival to set up the time. 15 EUR extra cost for arrivals after 21:30. Breakfast not included.
