The apartment is located in the Olympic village district just five minutes by metro or a fifteen minute stroll from the city centre. Its location is near Icaria beach and Olympic port, an elegant marina with plenty restaurants, bars cafes and clubs.  If you are visiting Barcelona and want to be far enough away from the frenetic city and near enough to be less than ten minutes away by metro, then this place is ideal for you. Superbly located and beautifully designed, the apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The apartment has a very warm décor with features such as exposed brick walls, beautiful floors, a Catalan ceiling with exposed timber beams and contemporary artwork. The living room contains a double sofa-bed, a chic glass coffee table, a flat screen TV, a comfortable double sofa bed and a glass dining table with seating for four guests. There are two bedrooms, both contain a comfortable double bed, and plenty of closet space. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, containing a bath and shower combination, washbasin and toilet.
