The apartment is located in the Sants district, a livelier district than other areas and one that does not have that many tourist attractions, giving visitors an insight into the real Barcelona.  The living area is contemporary yet maintains many of the original features and is furnished with a modern double sofa-bed, coffee table and flat screen television. The kitchen is modern and stylish with bright red cupboards, contains everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment and is furnished with a dining table and seating. The bathroom has red tiles, matching the colour palate of the kitchen and is modern with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The apartment also features a balcony with a table and seating, perfect for a glass of wine after a day out exploring the city.  The bedroom is designed in a fashion similar to that of the living space with a combination of white walls, exposed brickwork and plenty of natural light and is stylishly furnished with two single beds and ample storage space.
