Located in the magnificent Eixample area, this apartment is central to an abundance of places of interest. A short walk away is the majestic Passeig de Gracia, with its architectural jewels, Casa Batlo, La Pedrera, and Casa Amatller. Continue walking down this tree-lined avenue and you will arrive at Plaza Catalunya, at the top of the World famous La Rambla. If style and location are important to you when you stay in Barcelona, this apartment ticks all the boxes. Situated just beside the Arc De Triomf and in the middle of the Eixample, this is a perfect spot. The living room is spacious and is illuminated by natural light shining through the balcony windows that cover the full length of the room.
