Renovated apartment with a double bedroom and two single bedrooms.Digital TV, washing machine, air conditioning (hot-cold), door security, wifi, electric kettle, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The property has no hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and dryer. Kitchen: Oven, microwave, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, juicer manual, blender and all utensils with a fitted themselves.Bedding: 1 complete set of sheets per bed, 1 bed duvet with cover, cushions, 1 bed guard, 1 large towel per seat, 1 hand towel per occupant, 1 foot towel, 1 tablecloth, 2 dishcloths. Comment:No smoking inside the house.The 4th person will pay 17 regular season/27 high seasons.We charge on arrival 250 euros as a refundable deposit when check out, plus 50 euros for cleaning.
