The Poble Sec apartment is a newly renovated third floor apartment (no elevator) which is equipped to host five guests in the popular Poble Sec area of Barcelona. It contains two double bedrooms, and a single sofabed in the lounge, which also contains a television, and a dining table and chairs in the adjoining dining area. The dining room and the bedroom both open out onto a little private balcony by double doors which you can enjoy open in the summer.The kitchen is complete with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and all bath towels and bed linen are provided for you. You also have use of a hairdryer.Note: 2 night minimum stayExtra cleaning charge : 55€Check in before 13:00 or after 21:00 (if possible): 40€Check out between 13:00 and 19:00 (if possible): 50€Security deposit (returned on checkout if there are no damages during stay) : 200€Total amount to be paid in cash on arrival to the apartment.3 days cancellation policyContact us at your arrival in Barcelona in order to arrange a meeting in front of the apartment and give you the key.
