Seven has 3 bedrooms and living room with a sofa-bed, plasma TV, a perfect place to relax after a good meal or sightseeing. The main rooms has one double with a big double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed and the third with bunk. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cutlery and crockery. The apartment has a small terrace where you can enjoy the sun and drink coffee throughout the year.The Seven apartment is located in the Eixample close to downtown, near to tourist sites (10 minutes walking): We find the Magic Fountain of Montjuic where you can see a great show of water, light, music and color. Please note :3 nights minimum stay.Cancellation Policy : 7 days.400 Eur Deposit required by credit card, fully refundable 48 hours after check-out if no damage is done in the property.The deposit has to be paid by credit card during the check-in. At this moment you also have to pay the rest of the booking and the tourism tax by cash. Check-in time 15:00. After 20:00 there is 30 EUR Extra charge. After 23:00 there is 50 EUR extra charge.Check-out time : 11:00.Breakfast not included.Taxes not included - 0,72 EUR per person/day (up to 7 days).Cleaning fee : 80 EUR.
