Gracia was a town of its own until it was enveloped into Barcelona in the 1890’s. Tree-lined streets and a village like atmosphere make it a delight to just stroll around and get lost in. Picturesque plazas, bars and cafes dating back almost a century, novelty shops and an assortment of examples of stunning modernism architecture make it one of the most fascinating districts of Barcelona. This apartment is both elegant and stylish, and with three bedrooms and two floors it is very spacious. The ground floor is the living area with an open plan kitchen that blends perfectly with the ambience of the apartment. There is a large comfortable sofa with a flat screen TV at one end of the room, and a dining table for six situated at the other end.
