Montgat is located 14 kilometres north of Barcelona and is well served with a rail link that brings you into the centre of the city in just 15 minutes. This villa can sleep up to 10 people but with a size of 240 square meters, you needn't worry about being cramped. The garden is 200 square meters and has a swimming pool with night lighting. The 3 bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready, (2 contain bathtubs) and there's plenty of space for everybody. The kitchen holds everything you need to prepare that gourmet delight, and is modern and built-in. The large living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. A bonus is the garage that can park 2 cars and there's a space available outside also. You can get a view of the Mediterranean from the house, it's that near the beach! For your convenience there's a washing machine. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, the rest with singles and all contain a large wardrobe so there'll be no confusion on the sartorial front.
