The guest house is situated just 7 minutes by walk from the beach side on the small and quite street of Kobuleti. Kobuleti is 24 km from Batumi, there are matrushka to go and come back from there every 10 min or less for 1.5gel, until late night in august, 21 pm otherwise. To your services are 3 nice AC rooms with shared bathroom and terrace on second floor On the first floor one appartement with 2 rooms, living room, and bathroom, Lots of space there, is possible to bring one or 2 more beds (air matelas) A big share living room with small american kitchen is available for the guests. Swimming pool - Free Wifi Nice athmosphere with a beautiful garden, you will be welcome to enjoy our terrasses, outdoor and coverd one, cook in the barbecue, and enjoy the swiming pool.
