This is a charming apartment with brand new furniture, located in Rincon de Loix, the best area of Benidorm, just few meters from the beach. On the 14th floor, it offers stunning views over the island of Benidorm and the sea. It offers a bathroom with 24 hours hot shower, a fully equipped American Style kitchen, a living room with TV and 2 single beds and large wardrobes and a living room on a double glazed balcony with a sofa bed and a table. An outdoor swimming pool is also available for guests. It is located in a safe and residential building called 'Playmon Virginia', in one of the main street of Benidorm called 'Calle Gerona', just in front of the famous indoor market of Benidorm and 5 minutes walk from the beach and virtually next to everything, to a 24 hours restaurant called 'Mariano', supermarkets, bars, international restaurants, banks and all shops. Boat trip to Benidorm Island and mini cruises at only 5 minutes walk. Sleeps max 3 adult and a child. Please note : Cancellation Policy : 3 days. Only cash payment accepted on arrival. Check-in time : 9 am - 5 pm (before 12 pm is subject to availability). Check-out time : 9 am - 12 pm. Check in/ out after or before these times has a 50 EUR extra charge. Breakfast not included.
