Broseta Halldis Apartment is a self-catering one-bedroom apartment located in Bergamo, a thriving city about 50-60 min. from Milan and Brescia. Located in the vicinity of Piazza Pontida where you find a wealth of restaurants, bars and cafés. Located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, the apartment will provide you with a TV and a DVD player. There is an open plan kitchenette and a private bathroom with overhead shower and washing machine. The Old Town - the ‘Città Alta’, which is placed on the hills overlooking Bergamo and is rich in shops and boutiques - is a short bus-ride away, or it can be reached by cable railway or on foot, going upwards Via Vittorio Emanuele II.The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details. - The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - An initial and final cleaning is included in the price. - The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
