The apartment can also be reached from the highway and Bellaria hospital. This apartment of about 75 sq.mt opens onto a large hallway: on the left there is the living room with balcony, that overlooks the building’s courtyard. The bright day area offers the guests a spacious bookcase, a LCD flat screen TV and a comfortable double sofa bed. Right beside the living room, along the corridor, there is the eat-in kitchen, which is fitted with both electric and microwave oven; a balcony completes the room. The night area is composed of a spacious bedroom furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe with white doors, that magnify the feeling of space and the brightness of the room. The bathroom has a window and comes with a spacious shower stall and a washing machine; it is fitted with white tiles. The surroundings -the apartment is housed into a nice residential building in Bologna suburbs- offer a quiet, peaceful environment where to relax during your stay. Area The apartment is strategically close to the city centre (a very short bus or car drive away), sant’Orsola hospital, the highway junction and Bologna fair. With a couple of bus stops you reach a big shopping centre, whilst on the nearby Via Emilia there are several restaurants (sushi bars, pizzerias and ‘trattorias’, i.e. typical Italian restaurants), bars and pubs. The building is located in a nice residential area full of parks, and it is also surrounded by a well-trimmed common garden.
