Villa Gari has 3 bright bedrooms (2 double, 1 single), free wi-fi access, fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, a comfortable living room, and, most of all, connects you with the hottest beach in Sardinia, i.e. Poetto Beach. Price includes towels and linens. The apartment is conveniently located: -just 30 mt far from Poetto beach -400 mt far from 2 bus stops (LINE PF) -15 min by car / scooter far from Cagliari city center -5 min by car / scooter from supermarket Bellavista -700 mt far from Tennis Club Margine Rosso where you will be able to enjoy: -4 GreenSet tennis courts (10 eur/court/hour) -1 pool (entrance with sunbed and sun umbrella included: 5 eur/person half day; 10 eur/person whole day) -1 five-a-side football field (30 eur/field/hour) -bar & restaurant -timetable: 8 am - 10 pm This cozy and relaxing 80 sqm house is composed of: -1 fully-equipped kitchen and a wide living room with a dining table, an electric oven, a washing machine, a wide fridge, a double sofa, a triple sofa, a TV and a fireplace -1 bathroom (fully equipped with shower and bidet) -1 wide double room (Pink Room) with 2 bedsides and a chest of drawers -1 double room with sea-view (Orange Room) with 2 bedsides and a chest of drawers -1 single room (Multicolor room) with 1 bedside and a wardrobe -200 sqm garden with a gazebo, rocking sofa, sunbeds, 2 dining tables and a barbecue Facilities in the apartment Inside the apartment you can use free kitchen, hot water, electric oven, bed with linen, fridge, air-conditioning, furniture and washing machine. We provide you with bath towels, bed linen, shower gel and soap. Outside the apartment you can relax and chill out in the garden and use FREE sunbeds and barbecue (the garden is shared with another apartment). A wide private parking area is available for scooters and 2 cars. Facilities in the neighbourhood: The main beach of Cagliari is the Poetto. It stretches for about eight kilometers, from Sella del Diavolo (the Devil's Saddle) up to the coastline of Quartu Sant'Elena, where the house is conveniently located. A comfortable SPA specialized in Thalassotherapyis is just 1.5 km far from the villa. Thalassotherapyis is an ancient and effective method of relaxation based on the use of all marine resources. The SPA offers a full range of beauty treatments, including massages, Fish Pedicure, Fish Manicure, etc. 5 minutes far on foot from Villa Gari, you can find a nice Yoga Studio to practice different Yoga styles: Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Shakti Dance, Pranayama, Astanga Yoga. A public and free basketball court is available in the middle of Poetto beach, 7 km far from the house. It is also possible to take sailing, surf or kite surf lessons at Cagliari Yatch Club or simply rent a boat, surf, wind-surf, kite surf. I recommend you to rent a car at the airport or a moped / scooter / motorbike (it will cost you 12 eur/day/2 people in the low season). If you want to organize a do-it-yourself trip to Villasimius, you can take the bus 135 or 101 from ARST bus stop, about 700 metres far from the house towards Cagliari. The bus runs about every two hours and brings you straight to Villasimius centre for 4.50 € per person (tickets for kids are free).
