It is a 5-mintue drive from La Caleta Beach. The 3-bedroom villa has 2 double bedrooms including one with a private bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and a shower, while the kitchen includes an oven with hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also seating area with sofa and TV. The countryside surroundings of the villa are very tranquil, and the gardens include orange and olive trees. The area is popular for hiking, and the Peñon de Ifach Nature Reserve offers beautiful views. Holiday Villa Linda is just a 15-minute walk from the sandy La Fossa Beach, and Benidorm is a 30-minute drive away. In Calpe guests will find bars, restaurants, and a popular Saturday market.Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Air conditioning is available from June to September at an obligatory extra cost of EUR 25 per week. Outside these dates air conditioning is not available. Check-in hours are between 17:00 and 20:00. Check-in outside these times, or on Sundays or public holidays, carries a surcharge of EUR 50. All extra charges must be paid 60 days in advance.
