Holiday Villa Oscar is located in a quiet, residential area of Calpe, 7 minutes' drive from the town centre. It offers a sun terrace with an outdoor pool and fantastic views of the Peñón de Ifach Rock. Set over 2 floors, the villa features 2 double bedrooms and a quadruple bedroom. The lounge includes sofas, a TV and DVD player. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes an oven, hob and microwave, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room has great views over the countryside, the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. Outside you can find 2 terraces and a barbecue. The house has 2 rounded towers and a curving exterior staircase. There is a restaurant 500 metres from Oscar, and the nearest supermarket is 3 km away. You can drive to Benidorm in 35 minutes.Check-in hours are between 17:00 and 20:00. Check-in outside these times, or on Sundays or public holidays, carries a surcharge of EUR 50. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Air conditioning is available from June to September at an obligatory extra cost of EUR 25 per week. Outside these dates air conditioning is not available. All extra charges must be paid 60 days in advance. The property will contact you with details after booking. Mobile 3G internet via USB is available for an extra cost of EUR 36 per week.
